Erin Leafe

Erin Leafe has extensive work experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. Erin currently holds the position of Director of Recruiting at Talent Inc. starting in March 2023. Prior to their current role, they served as a Recruiting Manager at Talent Inc. from May 2022 to March 2023. In this role, they achieved aggressive recruiting goals, managed and developed a team of recruitment professionals, and owned the end-to-end recruiting process. Before that, Erin worked as a Lead Recruiter from June 2020 to May 2022 and as a Senior Recruiter from January 2019 to June 2020 at Talent Inc. Erin also served as a Recruiter for the Expert Network at Talent Inc. from January 2018 to January 2019.

Erin Leafe has a diverse education history. In 2002, they attended Manhattan College and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies in 2006. During their time at Manhattan College, they also spent two semesters abroad at Ulster University in 2004 and 2005, where they focused on Peace and Conflict Studies. Continuing to pursue their passion for writing, Erin Leafe attended The New School in 2014, where they studied Playwriting and Screenwriting. In 2016, they furthered their education in TV Writing at Columbia University.
