Kate Underwood has extensive work experience in various roles. Kate started their career at Hildegard's in 2004 as a Shift Supervisor/Barista and worked there until 2008. Kate then joined Starbucks in 2008 and held the same position until 2011. In 2010, they joined Edvance360 (Scholar360, LLC) as an Administrative Assistant for the Sales and Marketing Team, and later transitioned to a Help Desk/Customer Service role from 2012 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Careerminds as a QA Manager, and later took on the roles of Product Champion from 2021 to 2022, and Product Manager from 2022 to the present at both Careerminds and Talent Inc. Overall, Kate Underwood has a wide range of experience in management, customer service, and product management.
Kate Underwood attended Chattahoochee High School from 1999 to 2003, where they focused on the arts. Kate then went on to Valdosta State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Art from 2004 to 2009, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from 2004 to 2010.
