Over a decade ago, Kara fell into recruitment and never looked back! After working within multi-national recruitment firms, Kara was drawn to Talent’s values and commitment to innovation and joined us in 2013 as a Senior Consultant.

In 2016, Kara was appointed as General Manager of the Auckland office and has been successful at delivering both contracting and permanent recruitment solutions across both public and private sector organisations.
