Regina Angeles

Regina Angeles is the CEO and founder of TalentNow Solutions, a recruitment agency specializing in finding under-represented talent for executive roles. They have been in this role since September 2019. Prior to starting TalentNow, Regina worked as a Senior Recruiting Consultant at Content Ink since April 2021. They also served as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University in the City of New York, starting in September 2011. From February 2018 to October 2019, Regina worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Weber Shandwick. They were the VP of Talent Acquisition at 2U from June 2017 to February 2018. Regina also worked at Essence as a Recruitment Director for APAC and North America from December 2014 to April 2017. Before that, they were a Senior Partner and Director of Talent Acquisition at Mindshare from September 2013 to November 2014. They started their career as a Recruiting Consultant at Talent2050 Executive Search from April 2009 to September 2013. Prior to that, Regina worked as a Partner at The Cheyenne Group from March 2005 to April 2009, and as a Director at Sunny Bates Associates from June 2000 to July 2004. They played a significant role in launching new services and practice areas during their time at Sunny Bates Associates.

Regina Angeles holds a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing and Entrepreneurship from NYU Stern School of Business, which they completed in 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Barnard College. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Learn LinkedIn Sales Navigator and People Analytics from LinkedIn, in June 2020 and May 2020 respectively.
