Data Quality/AQA Expert for Big Data infrastructure using Microsoft Azure

About Talentuch: Talentuch is a leading recruitment agency specializing in finding top talent for our clients. We are currently looking for a Data Quality/AQA Expert to join a client's quality assurance team, working in the US timezone.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and automate testing frameworks for Big Data infrastructure using Microsoft Azure.
• Lead API testing and automate data pipelines, data services, cloud data warehouses, business intelligence, and machine learning platforms.
• Utilize programming languages and analytics tools to validate products, machine learning models, data pipelines, and data deliverables.
• Lead data governance and profiling efforts to ensure data quality and proper metadata documentation.
• Create quality metrics to evaluate data pipelines, products, and customer deliverables.
• Work within Agile development processes and participate in iterative software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with developers to design and implement data science features.
• Perform feature and regression testing, and assist the QA team as needed.

Technical Skills:

• 8-10 years of automated testing experience with Azure Data Factory, Data Lake Gen2, and Data Warehousing.
• Advanced experience with SQL, stored procedures, and data security testing.
• Proficiency in user authentication and authorization using Azure AD.
• Experience with near real-time data ingestion and incremental change processing.
• Advanced testing experience with Azure APIs and Power BI embedded.
• Strong programming skills in C#, JavaScript, and Python.
• Familiarity with PowerShell, Azure CLI, and ARM templates.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on data analytics.
