Roland Kotlár

Roland Kotlár has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and customer success management. Roland is currently working as the Head of Customer Success Management at HROS.io Hungary since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Codebeamer, a PTC Technology, where they held the position of Talent Acquisition Team Leader EMEA from July 2022 to February 2023. Roland also served as a Lead Recruiter at Codebeamer from August 2021 to July 2022, where they played a key role in establishing HR strategies and leading a successful talent acquisition team. Before joining Codebeamer, Roland worked at EPAM Systems as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter from December 2020 to August 2021, responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes for various global positions. Roland started their career at INNOVIEW as an IT Recruiter from April 2019 to December 2020 and as a Technical Researcher from June 2018 to March 2019. Prior to that, they worked at INT-Solution Ltd. as a Researcher from September 2017 to March 2018.

Roland Kotlár completed a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology at Budapest University of Technology and Economics from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Babes-Bolyai University from 2013 to 2016. In addition, they have certifications in Business Analysis Fundamentals from Udemy (obtained in 2022), Hiring Success Certification from SmartRecruiters (obtained in July 2020), and Learn Python - Full Course for Beginners from freeCodeCamp.
