Ihar Antsipenka has been working in the software development industry since 2015. Ihar began their career as a Software Developer at LLSOFT Ltd, where they worked until 2018. Ihar then moved to "ТКП-Софт" as a Software Developer, where they worked until 2019. Currently, they are employed as a Software Developer at Talenya.

Ihar Antsipenka attended the University of Belarus from 1999 to 2004, where they studied Svaz'.
