Lewis Babcock

Lewis Babcock is an Executive Consultant at The Transformation Group since November 2024 and at Talenza since July 2022, where multiple roles have included Senior Consultant and Associate Delivery Consultant, specializing in talent solutions for business transformation in Australia. Prior experience includes serving as a Recruitment Consultant at Adecco and teaching English Literature and ESL at Pan-Asia International School and Sine Education Services, respectively. Lewis began a career in sales as a Sales Advisor at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions and trained as a Watchmaker at In-Time Watch & Jewellery Repairs. Lewis holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Edge Hill University, earned between 2012 and 2015.
