Karineh Mirzaian, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources and payroll. Karineh began their career in 2006 as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at LegalZoom before transitioning to Chronicity Inc in 2007 as an Accounts Payable professional. In 2008, Karineh joined both The Apparel Group, Ltd and TALG: The Apparel Logistics Group as the Director of Human Resources & Payroll. Karineh currently serves as the Human Resources Director at J.Hilburn since July 2021.
Karineh Mirzaian, SHRM-CP, holds a BS degree in Human Relations & Business from Amberton University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Prior to their university education, they attended Herbert Hoover High School from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in January 2015. Karineh also holds certifications in Project Cost & Contract Procurement, Project Human Resources & Communication Management, Project Risk & Time Management, and Project Scope & Quality Management from Amberton University, all obtained in May 2010.
