Joe Ciranni

Joe Ciranni is currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Experience at Talitrix since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles at ServiceNow as a Senior Solution Sales Executive from May 2022 to May 2023, and at eGain Corporation as a Strategic Account Executive from January 2020 to January 2022, focusing on digital transformation and customer engagement solutions. Additional experience includes positions at NICE Ltd as an Account Executive, Interactions LLC as Sales Director, Verint-Systems as an Enterprise Account Executive, and SHIELD® Security Systems as President. Ciranni has also held multiple roles at Hewlett-Packard Software Company, including Operation Sales Specialist and Customer Success Manager, and began a career in technical and customer support at Starband Communications. Education includes a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from The University of Alabama and additional training at Georgia Tech's Dupree College of Management.
