Jiad Ali

Jiad Ali has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Jiad started their career at Samsung in 2015, where they provided technical support to customers with mobile devices and TVs. This involved troubleshooting and remotely connecting to devices to resolve customer queries. In 2018, Jiad joined Talk Straight Group as a 2nd Line Engineer, where they provided technical support and solutions to clients. Jiad later advanced to the role of Senior Engineer before becoming a Solutions Engineer in early 2022.

Jiad Ali attended Leeds Beckett University from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computing. In addition to their degree, they also obtained two certifications: CCNA discovery from Cisco in May 2013, and Cisco IT Essentials from Cisco in April 2012.
