Valentina Ruffoni is an accomplished events professional with a diverse background in event strategy, management, and community building. Currently serving as the Founder of Beyond The Event and PIE - People in Events, Valentina specializes in creating memorable experiences and fostering connections within the events industry. Additionally, Valentina holds roles at Finimize and Talkbase as an Event Manager and Host, respectively. Formerly, Valentina managed significant events at Onyx's Gerencia de Proyectos Audiovisuales SL and led event operations for the Community Everywhere Summit at Led by Community. Valentina's extensive experience includes community management roles at Disciple Media and CMX, coupled with a strong educational foundation in Events Management from London Metropolitan University.
