Ana Esteves

Ana Esteves is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in employee experience and gender equality initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Employee Experience at Talkdesk since October 2021, Ana also co-founded Movimento Não É Normal to advocate for gender equality. Prior roles include Project Manager at SONAE, Consultant at MighT - Talent Strategists, and Training & Development Officer at Sands China Ltd., where Ana was responsible for developing and coordinating skills training for over 25,000 team members. Ana began their career with a Human Resources internship at SONAE, focusing on job analysis and competency model development. Ana holds a Master's degree in Organizational, Social, and Work Psychology from the Faculdade de Psicologia e Ciências da Educação da Universidade do Porto and participated in the ERASMUS Program at Masaryk University Brno.
