Arka Nayak

Arka Nayak is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and system architecture, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer II at Talkdesk since December 2024. Prior to this role, Arka led the backend engineering efforts at GetSetYo, where achievements included architecting a scalable payment checkout system and designing an integrated flight and hotel booking solution. Previously, Arka contributed to Dunzo's growth by integrating merchants and 3rd party systems, resulting in significant revenue increases. Experience also includes roles at Belong.co, Sphota, and Oracle India, where responsibilities ranged from developing workflows and intelligent systems to quality assurance and bug resolution. Arka holds a B. Tech in Information Technology from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur.
