Diogo Nogueira

Diogo Nogueira is an experienced Site Reliability Engineer at Talkdesk, starting in September 2022, where responsibilities include developing and maintaining services to support projects during the CI/CD phase and leading the migration to a new CI/CD tool. Prior experience includes a Full-stack Developer role at Critical TechWorks from September 2019 to August 2022, focusing on creating services for BMW Group cars in the infotainment sector, as well as work on frontend, backend, and infrastructure. Diogo began as an Internship Trainee at Critical TechWorks in early 2019, where a REST API incorporating geocoding operations was developed from scratch. Educationally, Diogo possesses a Master's degree in Software Engineering (January 2019 - November 2021) and a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering (September 2016 - July 2019) from Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto.
