Elizabeth Kowal

Elizabeth Kowal is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in employee relations, talent management, and employment law. Currently serving as Vice President, People at Talkdesk since November 2020, Elizabeth has held several key roles within the organization, including Senior Director and Director of People Business Partners. Prior to Talkdesk, Elizabeth was the Senior Director of Human Resources at Brightcove and spent over three years at Dassault Systèmes as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Elizabeth began a legal career as Employment Litigation Counsel at Proskauer Rose LLP, following years as an attorney at Murtha Cullina LLP and a law clerk at the Trial Court of Massachusetts. Elizabeth holds a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree from Colby College.
