Joao Gaspar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global delivery and professional services, currently holding the position of VP of Global Delivery at Talkdesk since July 2018. Previously, Joao served as a Delivery Manager and Salesforce Lead Consultant at Merkle DACH, and held various consulting roles at Capgemini, culminating as a Senior Consultant. Joao began their career as a Trainee at Banco BPI, focusing on CRM projects in the Strategic Marketing Department.
