Mara Coelho

Mara Coelho has extensive experience in human resources and project management, currently serving as a People Business Partner and People Operations Team Lead at Talkdesk since April 2019. Prior to this, Mara held various roles at CRITICAL Software from September 2012 to April 2019, including HR Assistant and Innovation and Knowledge Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed employee onboarding, contract management, and project finance. Earlier career stages included a position as Training Project Manager and Internship Trainee at IPN, focusing on project management and communication strategies. Mara holds a Master's degree in Management and a Bachelor's degree from the Faculdade de Economia da Universidade de Coimbra, as well as academic experience at Universidad de La Rioja.
