Ellie Daniel has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies. Ellie began their career in 2010 as an Asset Maintenance Administrator at James Hay Partnership. In 2011, they joined Mind Gym and held various roles including Customer Service Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Executive, and Coordinator. During their time at Mind Gym, they successfully managed the delivery of a global management development program for a large media company. In 2017, they briefly worked as a Responsible Gambling Training Specialist at BCLC before returning to Mind Gym as an Associate Director of Client Services. In 2019, Ellie was promoted to Client Delivery Director, Americas, where they led a team responsible for managing revenue, client experience, and delivery across multiple markets. In 2023, they moved to Talking Talent as the Head of Client Operations.

Ellie Daniel's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, which they completed between 2007 and 2010. In 2022, they enrolled in the Animas Centre for Coaching for a program focused on Transformational Coaching, and it is expected to be completed in 2023. Additionally, during the same period, they pursued a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training program with a focus on Trauma informed Hatha and Restorative yoga at the Bristol School of Yoga.
