Manisha Polur is a seasoned professional in food science with extensive experience in product development and research for the beverage industry. Currently serving as the Research and Development Manager at Talking Rain Beverage Company® since April 2018, Manisha has previously held roles such as Global Scientist Beverage Application at Roha Colors Group, where responsibilities included formulating color blends and developing stable beverage prototypes. Prior to that, experience at Jogue Incorporated involved formulating flavors for various food applications. Manisha's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Food Science from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Technology in Food Science and Technology from Anna University Chennai.
