Viel Limboc has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2015, Viel interned at Philippines AirAsia, where they gained exposure to the aviation industry. Following this, from 2015 to 2017, Viel worked as a Mentor/Trainer at Liberty Medical LLC, focusing on guiding and training new employees. In 2017, Viel joined Kalibrr as a Senior Customer Success Advocate, managing portfolios of accounts and leading a team. In this role, they were responsible for driving customer adoption and retention. Most recently, since 2020, Viel has been working at Talkpush as a Customer Success Manager, providing strategic consulting and software implementation support to clients. They own and manage customer accounts, exceeding key performance goals and managing all account risks and escalations.

Viel Limboc completed their Bachelor of Science in International Tourism and Travel Services Management at the Lyceum of the Philippines - Intramuros, Manila from 2011 to 2015.
