Danny Sullivan has a diverse work history spanning several industries. Danny began their career at GE Capital as a Sales Director from 1989 to 1996. Following this, Sullivan worked at BT Global Services, where they served as VP of the Internet Service Provider Group. During their time there, they managed the Wholesale ISP sales and customer services operations, launching various services to over 800 service providers in the UK.

Danny also oversaw provisioning for residential customers while working with IT partners to deliver new functionality.

Since 2012, Sullivan has been with TalkTalk Business as the TTB Director of Customer Service Architecture. In this role, they managed a service management team and played a key role in developing the TTB EG service model. Danny also led various strategic projects and achieved significant milestones, including migrating customers from BTW and developing a successful Ethernet business.
