Gareth Tyldsley

Gareth Tyldsley has a work experience spanning several companies. Gareth started their career at the University of Central Lancashire in 2011 as an Associate Lecturer. In 2010, they joined Apple and held various positions in Instructional Design, Account Management, and Programme Support until 2016. Following that, they worked at Virgin Media as a Senior Instructional Designer from 2016 to 2017. Since 2017, Gareth has been with TalkTalk, where they started as a Senior Learning Experience Designer and later transitioned to the role of Talent Systems and Analytics Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People Analytics at TalkTalk.

Gareth Tyldsley obtained a BSc degree in Computing (Business Information Systems) from the University of Central Lancashire in 2009. Gareth then pursued an MSc degree in Business Management from the same university in 2009-2010. Currently, they are enrolled at BPP University where they are completing an MSc in Applied Data Analytics and a Digital and Technology Solutions Specialist Level 7 degree.
