Jonathan Williams

Jonathan Williams is an experienced senior digital ecommerce manager currently working at TalkTalk since January 2024. Prior roles include head of ecommerce at NextGEN360 and European D2C manager at Samsung Electronics, overseeing operations across 11 European territories. Jonathan began a career trajectory in retail and ecommerce with positions at H&H Group as D2C Retail Lead UK and Samsung Electronics as Retail Project & Operations Manager. Earlier experience includes sales management at Harrods and commercial management at Marks and Spencer.
