Stephen Fell

Stephen Fell has extensive experience in digital product management and customer experience, currently serving as App Product Owner (iOS & Android) at TalkTalk, a role held since April 2006. Throughout their tenure at TalkTalk, Stephen has also occupied several key positions, including Senior Digital Customer Experience Manager, Senior Digital Service Manager, Senior Engagement & Content Manager, Community Manager, and Online Reputation Executive. In addition to this experience, Stephen contributed as a Crisis Volunteer (Level 6) at Shout UK from October 2018 to January 2020.
