Jeremy Beard has extensive work experience in the field of rotating equipment engineering and maintenance. Jeremy started their career as a Sales Engineer at Flowserve Corporation, where they provided sales support and technical assistance for pumps and mechanical seals. Jeremy then worked as a Vibration Analyst at Allied Reliability Group, where they collected vibration data, performed inspections, and analyzed equipment failure modes. After that, they worked as a Reliability Maintenance Engineer at Oxy, where they coordinated and supervised maintenance activities for rotating equipment.

Jeremy then joined DuPont as a Maintenance and Reliability Engineer, where they provided support for the Diamines Units and Power and Utilities Area. Jeremy developed maintenance plans, coordinated equipment repairs, and supervised maintenance teams. Jeremy then moved on to Flint Hills Resources, where they held the roles of Reliability Center Coordinator and Rotating Reliability Engineer. In these positions, they conducted failure mode analysis, developed maintenance strategies, and planned equipment repairs and rebuilds.

Jeremy maintained pump and seal data, developed documentation for machinery changes, and provided rotating equipment support.

Jeremy then joined Air Products, where they held several roles, including Senior Principal Machinery Engineer in the HyCO Design Group and the LNG Process Technology and Engineering Group. In these roles, they led the specification, design, and purchase of machinery for various projects, including hydrogen and carbon monoxide facilities.

Most recently, Jeremy worked at Messer Americas as an Area Maintenance Planning Engineer, responsible for planning and coordination of maintenance activities. Currently, they are working at Tallgrass Energy as a Lead Machinery Engineer, where they are involved in overseeing machinery engineering for the company.
