Matt Coleman has worked in the music industry since 1992, when they began as the National Sales Manager at Warner Music Group. In 2001, they founded Txtstation Inc, an interactive mobile marketing company focused on real time TXT to TV graphics for sports and live events/stadiums and TV programs. In 2006, they founded Txttunes, a global independent music community, which leverages cell phones and other digital devices to promote and transact purchases of digital music. In 2008, they founded LTPS, a full-service management company specialising in breaking new acts, bookings, promotions, sponsorship and overall artist management. In 2015, they joined Magnify World as a Showcasing for the World's Best Emerging Technology & Innovation. In 2019, they became the Chairman of Hollywood Creative Academy and a Futurist for NEOM. In 2020, they became the Director of Tally Technology Group, and in 2022 they became an Advisor for LG NOVA. In 2017, they joined FansXR as Director, where they deliver real time immersive digital experiences on any digital device.

Matt Coleman attended TAFE NSW from 1987 to 1989, where they earned a Degree in Science & Operations Management, focusing on Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Law, and Operations. Matt also attended SHORE, though no degree or field of study was specified.
