Ella Willbrand

Ella Willbrand (She/Her) has been working in the field since 2016. Ella began their career as a Special Projects Intern at CincyTech USA, where they were exposed to and supported the early-stage ecosystem. In 2019, they took on the role of Writing Tutor at the Hawaii Pacific University Center of Academic Success. Currently, they are employed at Talmetrix, where they have held three roles: Customer Success Associate, Project Coordinator, and Human Resources Intern. In their current role, Ella supports and facilitates processes and tasks related to the customer journey, as well as providing project management and coordination support for Talmetrix Clients & Projects. Additionally, they have been working to help clients gain visibility and predictability from their people data to improve employee experience, organizational culture and retention.

Ella Willbrand attended Seojung High School in Seoul, South Korea from 2014 to 2015 as a foreign exchange student. Ella then went on to Hawai'i Pacific University, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies in 2020.
