Lisa Encarnacion

Lisa Encarnacion has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 as an apprentice at Deutsche Bank. Lisa later interned at Deutsche Bank again in 2011 as an HR intern. In 2014, Lisa worked as a Human Resources Project Support at ANZ, followed by a role as a Division Head and Senior Recruiter at Monroe Consulting Group in Asia. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the Managing Partner at F.U.S.E Trading Inc. After that, Lisa joined AUTO1 Group in 2018 as a Team Lead for Talent Acquisition. In 2021, they transitioned to Talmore+ | The Talent Company, first as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Development.

Lisa Encarnacion earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Economics from Hochschule Schmalkalden in the years 2010 to 2013. Additionally, they studied Business Management at the University of Asia and the Pacific in 2012 and 2013.
