Hayley Tiptaft

Hayley Tiptaft is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong track record in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Group People Director at Talon Outdoor since June 2020, Hayley previously held the position of Head of HR at FITCH from June 2018 to June 2020, contributing to one of the leading brand and retail consultancies. Prior to FITCH, Hayley was Global Human Resources Manager at The Exchange Lab, where expertise in programmatic solutions was leveraged. Hayley’s career began at Archant, where a decade was spent as Regional Human Resources Manager and Senior HR Advisor. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management from MOL and a BA (Hons) in English and Media from London Metropolitan University.
