Alja C.

Alja C. has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 14 years. They most recently worked at Talon.One as a People Business Partner Lead, where they started in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Klarna as a Compensation & Benefits Manager for Market Expansion from May 2020 to October 2021, and as an HR Business Partner DACH from July 2019 to May 2020.

Before joining Klarna, Alja C. worked at INFARM as an HR Business Partner (People Partner) from July 2018 to March 2019, and as an HR Generalist from January 2018 to June 2018. They also worked at NewStore, Inc. as a People Experience Specialist from January 2017 to December 2017, as an HR Coordinator from July 2016 to December 2016, and as an HR Assistant from June 2015 to June 2016.

Earlier in their career, Alja C. worked at Rocket Internet SE as a Finance Assistant from March 2015 to June 2015, and at FedEx as a Business Account Executive from February 2012 to March 2015.

They began their professional journey at Hotel Betnava as a Receptionist and Event Coordinator from March 2011 to September 2011, and at Diversey as a Management Assistant from February 2008 to March 2011.

Alja C. completed their education at various institutions. From 2005 to 2011, they attended Univerza v Mariboru, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business with a specialization in International Business. During their time at Univerza v Mariboru, Alja C. also participated in the ERASMUS Student Exchange Programme at Boğaziçi University from 2009 to 2010, focusing on International trade.

In addition to their formal education, Alja C. has acquired several certifications. In June 2019, they became an ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) through ICAgile. In April 2019, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org. Furthermore, in March 2019, Alja C. acquired the HR Agilist certification, specializing in Agile HR, People, and Culture Transformation, from SoftO2.
