Naina Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Naina started their career in 2013 as a Test Engineer at Red Fox Software Pvt Ltd, where they collaborated with the development team to create test plans and was responsible for specific testing phases. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Network Operation Engineer at UST Global, managing projects from data analysis to client presentations, capturing alarms, and generating reports. In 2019, they joined Trax Retail as a Data Specialist, where they were responsible for end-to-end customer adoption, including onboarding, data collection, training, and technical support. Naina also handled onboarding database setup and technical query support tickets. In 2021, they joined Spire as a Technical Sales Engineer, supporting the customer journey with product expertise, executing demos, and onboarding customers. In 2022, they worked briefly as a Technical Support Engineer (Payments) at Rapyd before moving to their current position as a Technical Account Manager at Talon.One.
