Yang Gao

Yang Gao is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in the biotechnology field. Currently serving as Team Lead and Lead/Principal Scientist at Talus Bio since June 2022, Yang has previously contributed as a Senior Scientist at Exo Therapeutics from June 2021 to June 2022. Prior to that, Yang worked at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute from April 2014 to June 2021, focusing on target validation, mode of action studies, cell line and biomarker assay development, pharmacodynamics analysis, and lead optimization. Yang's academic background includes a PhD in Chemical Biology from the University of Pittsburgh, attained between June 2008 and 2013, following a tenure as a Graduate Research Assistant in the Koide Group.
