Lukman Nul Hakim

Lukman Nul Hakim has a diverse work experience across various industries. Lukman started their career in 2004 as a Product Development specialist at Miyako Home Appliances. Lukman then worked as a Training and Development Officer at Nikko Steel, where they conducted training needs analysis and designed training curriculum and materials for the operational team. In 2013, Lukman joined PT Gloria Origita Cosmetics as a Training and Development Officer, where they focused on training and sales in the cosmetic industry. Lukman then worked as a Training and Development Manager at MEMORY Furniture, where they managed training and development programs and implemented performance appraisals. From 2017 to 2019, Lukman served as a Senior Training and Development Manager at Euromedica Group, overseeing training and development in the beauty and skin care industry. Currently, they are the Group Head of Human Resources at Taman Safari Indonesia, responsible for human resources management and corporate learning and development.

Lukman Nul Hakim holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Universitas Mercu Buana. Prior to that, they completed a Master's Degree in the English Education Program at Universitas Indraprasta PGRI (UNINDRA) from 2016 to 2018. Lukman also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in the English Education Program from the same university, UNINDRA, between 2006 and 2011.

Additionally, Lukman has earned certifications in the field of coaching and human resource management. In 2018, they became a Certified Human Resource Manager from the Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi. Furthermore, they are currently pursuing the Certified Professional Coach Program at the Loop Institute of Coaching, with an expected completion in 2023.
