Reena Sagar

Reena Sagar has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Reena most recently worked at Tamanna.com as the Head of People starting in May 2022. Prior to that, they were the People eXperience Manager for Dubai, Kuwait, and Lisbon at the same company from October 2020 to April 2022.

Before joining Tamanna.com, Reena worked at Al Tayer Group as a Human Resources Business Partner from April 2018 to July 2020. In this role, they managed a range of HR activities for teams such as Ounass.com, Nisnass.com, and mamasandpapas.com.

In 2017, Reena briefly served as the Head of HR - MENA at iflix.

Reena also has experience working as a Senior Manager - People Operations at noon from April 2016 to March 2017.

Reena started their career at Namshi.com, where they held various HR roles from February 2012 to March 2016, including Senior HR Generalist, HR Generalist, and HR Officer.

Prior to that, they worked at du - Media Lab as an HR Officer and a Recruitment Coordinator from May 2009 to December 2011 and from April 2008 to April 2009, respectively.

Reena Sagar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a focus in Finance from Manipal Academy of Higher Education - MAHE, Dubai in 2007. In 2010, they obtained an additional certification in Human Resource Management with CIPD Accreditation at the Associate level from Middlesex University (Dubai Campus). Reena further pursued their education and completed a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management with CIPD Accreditation from Middlesex University between 2009 and 2011.
