Habib al Orayir

Habib Al Orayir currently serves as the Cybersecurity Director at Tameeni since September 2025. Prior to this role, Habib held the position of GRC Manager at تمام from August 2024 to September 2025 and worked as the Information Security GRC Manager at EMKAN from November 2022 to July 2024. Habib's professional experience also includes serving as the Identity & Access Management Principal at Mobily and as an Information Security Specialist at Al Rajhi Bank. Earlier roles involved working as an Information System Security Officer at Bank Albilad and as an IT Network Administrator at Al-Jazirah FORD Vehicles Agencies Company. Habib holds a Bachelor's Degree in computer science, IT, and network security from Auckland University of Technology, along with two Associate's Degrees in Project Management and Negotiation Skills from NZIST, all completed in 2014.
