John Breedlovr

John Breedlove is the Director of Insights and Strategy for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. John previously worked for The Madison Square Garden Company from March 2006 to September 2012 as the Director of Database and Analytics. In this role, they oversaw database staff responsible for segmentation, campaign set up, reporting, and analytics for all Madison Square Garden business units. John also worked closely with marketing groups to plan direct marketing campaigns, testing strategies, campaign reporting, and analytics.

From 2006-2012, they were also responsible for providing qualified leads from the database to sales staff for season ticket, group, and suite sales. John was the project manager responsible for managing the day-to-day database marketing vendor relationship, including all system developments, priority setting, and new functional requirements. In addition, they were responsible for managing vendors during the creation, development, and completion of analytical models, including marketing segmentation models, purchase propensity models, and retention models.

John has also analyzed purchasing behaviors to expand the understanding of customers across business groups and conducted ad hoc analyses to support the business operations of all other Madison Square Garden business groups including finance, suite sales, media sales, sponsorship sales, MSG Network affiliate relations, etc.

John Breedlove has a Master of Sports Business Management (MSBM) from UCF College of Business, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UCF College of Business, a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida.
