Rob Julian

Rob Julian enters his 28th season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2020, and his fourth as the team's Director of Athletic Fields & Grounds.

In his role, Rob oversees the team's practice fields at One Buccaneer Place, which he helped design and establish when the facility was built. He was also involved in the planning of the team's indoor facility, helping to determine the turf that will be utilized. Rob also manages the groundskeeping staff and handles any of the surrounding areas of the team's headquarters that need maintaining.

Rob has been with the organization since 1993, when he was hired as the team's groundskeeper. In addition to his work with the Buccaneers, he is the President-Elect of the Central Florida Sports Turf Managers Association.

Rob, married to Teresa, is an avid golfer and enjoys traveling.
