Bart Cape

Bart Cape has a strong background in YMCA operations, with experience in various leadership roles. Bart started their career in 1996 as an Associate Operations Director at YMCA Camp High Harbour. From 2010 to 2013, they served as the Operations Director at Lowe's YMCA in the YMCA of Greater Charlotte. Following this, they worked as the Executive Director at Lincoln County Family YMCA from 2013 to 2016. Currently, Bart serves as the Vice President of Operations at Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA, a position they have held since 2020.
