Heikki Hauskaviita

Heikki Hauskaviita is an experienced professional currently serving as the National Project Leader for the International Employer of the Year 2024 project at JCI Finland - Suomen Nuorkauppakamarit ry. In addition, Heikki holds the position of IT Project Manager for the DATE Tampere Project, focusing on International Talent Attraction and Migration Services, alongside acting as Business Coordinator for International House Tampere. As a co-founder and CEO of Memocate since 2017, Heikki emphasizes quality caregiving through analytics and training. Previous roles include board member at Osakeyhtiö 2.0, facilitator at Demola, and sales manager at Lumi Orava Oy. Heikki also gained valuable experience as a project management intern in the Tampere Region Office and began a career at Stockmann. Heikki earned a bachelor's degree in Administrative Sciences from the University of Tampere in 2018.
