Samantha Maxim

Samantha Maxim has extensive work experience in product management and operations. Samantha is currently the Director of Product Management and Operations at Tamr since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ETQ from 2019 to 2022, where they held various roles including Group Product Manager, Product Owners and UX Manager, and Product Owner. At ETQ, they developed roadmaps and strategies, engaged with customers to understand pain points, and collaborated closely with the UX team to bring business requirements to life.

Before ETQ, Samantha worked at Punchbowl as a Senior Product Manager, Mobile from 2017 to 2019. In this role, they set requirements and maintained the backlog for iOS and Android apps, managed releases and testing, and provided regular updates to senior management.

Samantha also gained valuable experience at Vistaprint Corporate Solutions from 2011 to 2016. Samantha served as a Technical Product Owner, where they set requirements for agile teams and developed a technology roadmap. Samantha also worked as a Technology Manager, leading a team in developing new products and supporting production issues. Prior to that, they were the Lead Quality Assurance Engineer and Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, where they played key roles in updating core business offerings, implementing a release planning process, and managing QA for large projects.

Lastly, Samantha started their career at SAI Global in 2011 as a Quality Assurance Team Lead, overseeing QA activities for multiple projects and collaborating with development teams. Samantha also worked at Integrity Interactive as a Quality Assurance Specialist from 2008 to 2011, where they managed QA activities, led distributed teams, and implemented testing standards. Overall, Samantha has a strong background in product management, agile methodologies, and quality assurance.

Samantha Maxim obtained a B.A. in English from Westfield State University between 2004 and 2007. Samantha later pursued an M.A. in English Writing and Literature from Hofstra University between 2007 and 2008.
