Mona Svensson

Mona Svensson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 1997, they worked at Volvo Car Group, where they held various positions such as HR Officer, Leadership Development Manager, Assessment Consultant, and Senior Program Manager - Leadership Development. In 2008, they became an HR Business Partner at Volvo Personbilar Norden & Volvohandelns Utvecklings AB, before moving on in 2010 to become the Manager of HR & Internal Communication at Volvo Car Retail Solutions AB. Most recently, Mona joined Tamro Sverige in 2019 as the Director of Human Resources.

Mona Svensson obtained their Master's degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Gothenburg, where they studied from 1993 to 1997.
