Oscar Tambunan

Oscar Tambunan currently serves as the Group Head of HR & Corporate Services at Tanamera Coffee Indonesia, responsible for overseeing several operational departments, including Human Resources and Information Technology. In addition to this role, Oscar holds multiple HR leadership positions at Koda Jakarta, Segno Bali, Luma Bali, and previously at Baro Bakery. Prior experience includes key HR roles at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where duties included employee relations and safety management. Oscar began their career in design and digital marketing, demonstrating a versatile skill set. Oscar studied at IPB University from 2007 to 2010.
