TANANA CHIEFS CONFERENCE
Dave Messier is an experienced professional specializing in renewable energy and energy efficiency projects within Alaska. Currently serving as the Housing Project Manager and Infrastructure Division Director at Tanana Chiefs Conference since October 2012, Messier focuses on securing funding and implementing projects in collaboration with tribes, utilities, and government entities. As the owner of Daylight Energy Services, operational since February 2012, Messier imports LED lighting and provides solar PV supplies, actively leading community solar projects.
