Dixie Sebastianappan is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in building innovative solutions and teams. As the Founder and Director of Tandem Crystals Pvt Ltd since October 2020, Dixie emphasizes solving real-world problems through technology and consulting. At Dartle Systems LLP, founded in November 2014, Dixie spearheaded the development of Jacana, a customizable telemetry system. Previously, as Vice President of Technology and Co-Founder at Autobyte Private Limited, Dixie defined the technology landscape and established key partnerships. Experience also includes roles as Technical Architect at Indecomm Global Services, Information Systems Architect at Hewlett-Packard, and Senior Consultant at Capgemini. Dixie holds an MSc in Software Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, earned in 2003.
