Karrie Rexford

Karrie Rexford was appointed Vice President and General Counsel in July 2020. Ms. Rexford has more than 20 years of corporate legal experience with expertise in medical device, software and technology licensing, intellectual property, clinical, development, retail, manufacturing, real estate, and global commercial transactions. Prior to joining Tandem, Ms. Rexford worked for Align Technology, Inc. for 16 years initially as Associate General Counsel of Strategic Commercial Transactions and then as Vice President Global Associate General Counsel, Direct to Consumer. Align is a global medical device company delivering clear aligner orthodontic and restorative treatments. She began her career in Silicon Valley working for the law firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and also held positions with several software companies including Netscape Communications Corporation, Sun Microsystems, Inc. and LoudCloud, Inc. She received her J.D. at Lincoln Law School and a B.A. from California Polytechnic San Luis Obispo.
