Marcie Faraimo

Marcie Faraimo currently serves as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Tandem Diabetes Care since September 2020. Prior to this role, Marcie held the position of Head of Human Resources at SeaSpine from May 2017 to June 2020, where leadership focused on transforming the HR function during critical business transitions. Marcie's experience also includes consulting at YETI Coolers and a long tenure at TaylorMade-adidas Golf Company, culminating as Vice President of Global Human Resources. Marcie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a minor in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University and is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Concordia University Irvine.
