Rachel Malina

Rachel Malina is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate affairs, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Tandem Diabetes Care since January 2022, Rachel specializes in public company reporting, securities offerings, and board practices. Prior roles include Senior Counsel at Stryker, where responsibilities encompassed SEC filings and serving as Secretary of the Audit Committee, and Associate Corporate Counsel at Ascena Retail Group, focusing on corporate governance and legal counseling. Rachel began their career as Counsel at REM Automotive Group, managing compliance and litigation, and further honed investigative skills at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Rachel holds a Master of Laws from Fordham University School of Law, a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Rhode Island.
