Tiana-Lynn Higham

Tiana-Lynn Higham is a seasoned professional in user experience and human factors engineering with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of User Experience Research at Tandem Diabetes Care since July 2022, Tiana-Lynn's previous roles include managerial and senior positions at Masimo and ClubLabs, where contributions involved conducting usability tests and competitive research to improve product design. Prior experience includes leading user experience research at Fujitsu Ten Corp of America and serving as a Human Factors Engineer at Medtronic, focusing on medical device usability. Tiana-Lynn holds a Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Human Factors from California State University, Long Beach, and has co-authored multiple papers in scientific journals while contributing to various research projects within esteemed organizations, including NASA.
