Timothy S. Gehan has extensive work experience in the field of research and development. Timothy S.'smost recent role was as the Head of Research and Development at Tandem PV since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Tandem PV as a Senior Research Chemist and Site Lead from September 2019 to July 2022, and as a Research Chemist from April 2019 to August 2019.

Timothy S. then pursued further education at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, which they completed in 2010. Following this, Timothy S. Gehan attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organic Materials Chemistry.
